Funding and Committee Member 

Vicky has been involved with the committee for the past 2 years whilst also a dedicated committee  member of the Wintertide event . 

Gina Mainoo is the project manager for TransformersHPL, a tourism strategist with 30 years of experience in the creative arts industry. 
I have participated in the Nottinghill and Luton international carnival and have lots of experience in carnival  creation.
As a member of the Hartlepool Carnival Committee, I bring my creative expertise onboard to help with the success of the carnival. TransformersHPL ran the  Afrocaribean float, showcasing various cultures and bringing diversity to the Hartlepool Carnival. Our organisation helps promote racial harmony in the community.  I also use my expertise in International Tourism to help promote domestic tourism in Hartlepool during the carnival  by promoting the town to bring in visitors. I'm very passionate about the arts. 

Rachel has recently joined the committee with the purpose of assisting in growing the participation in the parade to the glory of past days.  Originally from Bermuda, she relocated to Hartlepool in 2021 and participated in her 1st parade last year. Having 27 years in Marketing, Advertising and Large Event Planning she brings a passion for Carnival and Community Celebrations. 

Ashley  has been committed to the Carnival since 19..
